Padel is the fastest-growing sport in Europe. Ireland is at the start of the curve, with demand outstripping supply by an order of magnitude, particularly outside Dublin and Cork. Padel 100 is the only operator addressing this at national scale, with a distributed partnership model that gets to market faster and at lower cost than competitors.
The opportunity is not theoretical. We are already operating. Twenty-four clubs are open or in build today, in partnership with named institutional venues, schools, GAA clubs, hotels, retail and commercial sites, across Tipperary, Westmeath, Cork, Kerry, Kildare, Meath, Donegal, Westmeath and beyond. Each club is built on land we don’t own, in partnership with venues already at the heart of their communities. The partnership model is the strategic moat.
Capital efficiency, demand evidence and a credible operating team have brought us to where we are. The next phase, scaling from 24 to 100 clubs by 2027, is what this raise funds. Investors at this stage are participating in the build-out of an asset class that doesn’t yet have a comparable operator in the Irish market.
The investment is structured under Ireland’s Employment Investment Incentive Scheme (EIIS), providing tax relief on qualifying investments alongside defined return and capital repayment terms. Full structure detailed in the information pack and discussed with our investor relations team.
Qualifying Irish investors receive 35% income tax relief on their investment, alongside defined return and capital repayment terms over a four-year horizon. Designed for investors evaluating EIIS-eligible opportunities — typically with their tax adviser.
Investments of €50,000 and above receive an additional bonus royalty component, aligned with the long-term performance of the network.
